Job summary

TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Certified Surgical First Assistant to join our surgical team. The role requires completion of a Surgical Technologist program and an active First Assistant certification, with TN licensure.

You will assist in operating rooms, maintain sterile techniques, and meet 30-day/90-day certification timelines. This position offers comprehensive benefits and career development within HCA Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Surgical Technologist program
• 1 Year of experience as a First Assistant
• Certified as a First Assistant with a nationally recognized organization that is accepted in TN
• Registered as a Surgical Assistant with the state of TN
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (SA) Surgical Assistant must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• CSFA or SA-C certified or equivalent
• No Travel Required
