Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a bartending role.
• Certification in bartending preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up bar with liquor, juices and mixers.
• Maintains clean bar, glassware and equipment.
• Verifies guests are of legal drinking age.
• Prepares and serves drinks per standard recipes.
• Presents bill and processes payments.
• Engages guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitors for overconsumption and takes appropriate action.
• Operates cash handling and secures cash drops.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
