About the Role

Customer Success Manager - As we continue to segment our customer base to help provide more structure and organization in the way we engage with our customers, the objective for this role will be to support customers on the lower plans.

Where you'll work

This is a remote-friendly role with flexibility to work from home. Ideal candidates are located in Central or Eastern Time Zone.

What You’ll Do
  • Customer Engagements - Help customers on the Starter, Essentials and Growth plans get the most value out of Elevar through guided product tours, help answer questions about the product functionality, and point in them in the right direction on available products and services.
  • Customer Success & Retention – Meet with customers to show them how to use Elevar and get value and also engage with customers to help prevent churn.
  • Marketing Analytics & Attribution Guidance – Help clients improve campaign tracking accuracy and optimize performance using digital marketing tools like Meta, Google Ads, GA4, Klaviyo, Reddit, TikTok, Pinterest, Impact Radius and more.
  • Proactive Strategy & Consultation – Partner with clients to ensure they fully leverage Elevar’s capabilities, helping them enhance ROAS, CPC efficiency, and marketing attribution accuracy.
  • Collaboration & Problem Solving – Work closely with our support, sales, onboarding, analyst and product teams to troubleshoot tracking, attribution and performance challenges.
  • Upselling & Expansion – Identify opportunities for clients to deepen their use of Elevar via plan selection, expert installations, adding Tier 1 Service, consent management service package, headless data layer audit service package, upgrading plan types and adding more server-side destinations.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling – Work alongside marketing to translate customer insights into case studies, training materials, Shopify app reviews, and product use cases.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success with a focus on marketing analytics, performance marketing and attribution tracking.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools such as Klaviyo, GA4, Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, Microsoft Advertising, and Criteo.
  • Experience optimizing marketing campaigns, including paid media performance, email/SMS flows, and retargeting strategies.

**Bonus: Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns, email/SMS flows (Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, Omnisend, Sendlane, Yotpo Email/SMS).

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, as we are dedicated to providing a safe and secure work environment for all Buxton stakeholders.

Compensation

The Targeted Base Salary Range for candidates located in the U.S. is$80,000 to $95,000 USD.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, specialized skills, internal alignment and a candidate’s home base. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation in addition to base pay may be provided as part of a total compensation package, includingeligibility to participate in a bonus plan.
