Job summary

ARP ELEMENTARY SCHOOL in Cheyenne, Wyoming seeks an enthusiastic Elementary Assistant Volleyball Coach to support our athletics program under LCSD#1 guidelines. You will help supervise practices, promote sportsmanship, and assist the head coach with implementing the district curriculum during practices.

This position requires a high school diploma and willingness to engage students, communicate with families, and maintain safety.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous coaching or participation experience in the sport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising practice sessions to develop sport skills and sportsmanship; ensure student safety.
• Attend and assist with monitoring all practices and events.
• Communicate practice schedules and events with students and parents.
• Assist with inventory and security of equipment and supplies.
• Follow LCSD#1 guidelines and curricular goals during practices.
• Support head coach with implementing the sport curriculum.
• Demonstrate fairness and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
