Job summary

Meadowlark Elementary School in Cheyenne, WY is seeking an Elementary Assistant Volleyball Coach to support our athletic program. The role focuses on supervising practice sessions, promoting safety, and modeling positive behavior for student athletes.

Responsibilities include assisting with practice supervision, coordinating schedules with families, assisting the head coach with curriculum delivery, and maintaining equipment and records in accordance with LCSD#1 guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous coaching or participation experience in the sport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervision of practice sessions to develop sport skills and sportsmanship.
• Attend and assist with monitoring practices and events.
• Assist with communicating practice schedules and events with student athletes and parents.
• Assist with inventory and security of equipment and supplies.
• Follow LCSD#1 guidelines and assist with curriculum implementation for elementary sports.
