Qualifications

• Requires age 16+ for eligibility.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have an Associates degree or 60 quarter/48 semester hours or have passed the para pro praxis test.

Responsabilités

• Adapts activities and materials under the supervising teacher to support classroom objectives.
• Assists students individually or in small groups with assignments and reading activities.
• Communicates progress and needs with teachers and parents as needed.
• Implements instructional programs and lesson plans under supervision to reinforce learning concepts.
• Maintains classroom materials, records, and safety.
• Monitors students in various settings to ensure a safe learning environment.
• Reports incidents and observations to instructional/administrative staff.
• Supports teachers in implementing curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Attends meetings and trainings relevant to job functions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
