• Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED
• Qualifies for appropriate state paraprofessional certification
• Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to operate learning technologies and educational software
• Special Knowledge/Skills: Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to follow and maintain systems and records
• Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to multi-task technology and instruction-related activities

Responsibilities

• Assist students and classroom teachers in the use of educational devices and software
• Respond to requests for technology troubleshooting and instructional software support
• Collaborate and communicate with campus professionals to support digital learning on campus
• Access and use reports related to inventory and circulation
• Handle device triage process for technology repair
• Document device issues and notes for repair
• Collect and track documentation
• Maintain/create proper storage of equipment
• Monitor spare and replacement device counts
• Conduct a yearly inventory of technology devices on campus
• Monitor carts/labs in shared device locations
• 1:1 support device audits on campus
• Share updates with campus leaders and others on campus
• Support testing readiness
• Maintain confidentiality
• Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
