• Must meet NYSED fingerprinting requirements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of assessment tools including running records and other instructional assessment practices.
• Ability to implement instructional resources and activities under the direction of the classroom teacher to support student learning, growth, and progress across content areas.
• Effectively work with students from diverse backgrounds and with varying developmental, academic, and social-emotional needs.
• Exhibit a commitment to continuous professional growth and active participation in a collaborative professional learning community.
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with faculty, staff, administrators, and families in support of student success.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that promotes student achievement and well-being.
