Schedule

7:45AM to 4:15PM, Monday thru Friday in keeping with academic schedule.

Primary Purpose

To provide on campus, classroom instruction for elementary school students in a diverse, private school in Jacksonville, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Providing appropriate learning experiences for students across a range of cultural backgrounds.
• Ensuring proper classroom etiquette and behavior.
• Preparing and following class‑appropriate lesson plans.
• Communicating effectively with students and parents concerning students' progress.
• Working both independently and with the department team to ensure student success.
• Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.

Qualifications

• Previously Taught in a Florida Public or Private School for 3 or more years or;
• Bachelor's Degree (4 years from an accredited university)

Benefits / Compensation

• Base Salary is negotiable between $37,500 - $40,000, a year
• Participation in 403(b) Retirement Plan is available immediately, upon hire
• Employer Matching Contributions towards Retirement Plan, after 1 year of employment
