KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher across our KinderCare Learning Centers and Champions programs. You will lead classrooms, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, engaging environment for children while partnering with families to support their development.

We value experienced early childhood educators with CDA/NAEYC credentials, state-certification readiness, and strong English communication. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or NAEYC candidacy required.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; partner with center staff and leadership around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners.
