Position Title: Certified Teacher

Supervisor: Principal at assigned location

Term of Employment: 9 months

Salary Classification: Teacher Salary Schedule

Job Summary: Bring creativity and innovation to the classroom to help students learn subject matter and skills that contribute to their development as responsible individuals.

Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Student Success: Manage and educate students, develop engaging lesson plans, document grades and evaluations.
• Safety and Well-Being: Maintain a safe, inviting environment, uphold discipline policies, take precautions to protect students and resources.
• Community Connection: Foster relationships with students, parents, and community, be available outside instructional hours, enhance district culture.
• Stewardship of Resources: Maintain accurate records, improve professional competence, perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Valid Arizona Teaching Certificate or qualifications to become certified, fingerprint clearance card, ability to pass background checks, ability to lift supplies and students, and work outside normal hours if needed.
