Competenze

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in elementary education or a related field.
• Colorado teaching license and CDE Elementary Education endorsement.
• Student teaching/practicum experience that meets Colorado requirements.
• Solid office skills and ability to use standard software for planning and communication.

Mansioni

• Instruct students in large, small, and one-on-one settings (Daily 30%).
• Develop and implement course content, lesson plans, and activities (Daily 20%).
• Administer, edit, and grade assignments and assessments (Daily 10%).
• Design diverse assessment tasks and use data for feedback and instruction adjustments (Daily 10%).
• Create a productive classroom environment and manage behavior (Daily 5%).
• Monitor student progress and maintain records of academic, social, and emotional growth (Daily 5%).
