Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with Michigan objectives.
• Use technology to support and differentiate instruction.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Help students who are behind or struggling to learn content.
• Collaborate with other teachers to develop lesson plans and improve learning.
• Communicate with students and parents regarding progress and needs.
• Establish and communicate clear objectives for all activities.
• Manage classroom behavior and enforce rules and procedures.
• Maintain discipline per school rules.
• Use formative, summative, and interim assessment data to inform instruction.
• Create classroom assessments that measure student proficiency per Michigan standards.
