• ESOL & Gifted endorsements required.
• CTAE endorsements or qualifications as applicable.
• Must pass the GACE Education Ethics Assessment.
• Two years of verifiable industrial work experience.
• Industry licensure may be required.

Responsibilities

• Teaches grade-relevant curriculum and standards.
• Plans and delivers lessons in-person and virtual with documented prep.
• Communicates with parents, students, and district staff.
• Creates a classroom environment conducive to development.
• Assesses and reports progress including attendance and assessments.
• Manages student behavior per the Code of Conduct.
• Participates in conferences with families, counselors, teachers, and administrators.
• Performs duties such as ordering materials and attending trainings.
• Directs paraprofessional or instructional aide as needed.
• Maintains regular attendance.
