The position may require bilingual capability and virtual instruction experience; travel to Maryland sites may be required for in-person appearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field of education from a regionally accredited college or university required.
• One (1) year experience with virtual learning technology, remote instruction platforms, Learning Management Systems, and video conferencing tools, if assigned to Virtual Academy required.
• Knowledge of current trends, research in field of specialization and methodology in instructional techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to differentiate the curriculum.
• Hold or be eligible for educator certificate/license issued by Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) required.

• Plans and provides for relevant and engaging learning experiences aligned to standards.
• Demonstrates content knowledge and differentiates the curriculum.

• Communicates with students, families, teachers and school leaders regarding progress.
