• Develop and implement effective lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Provide for large and small group and individualized instruction.
• Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
• Observe and evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
• Continually assess student progress and adjust lessons to meet needs.
• Maintain accurate records of progress and development.
• Create a safe, positive learning environment and manage classroom behavior.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams to improve student learning.
