Qualifications

• Elementary teaching certification or at least one year of teaching experience in a charter, public, or private school.

Responsibilities

• Lead all scholars to gap-closing academic gains by mastering grade-level standards.
• Establish and maintain a highly structured classroom culture centered on respect, responsibility, care, and citizenship.
• Study, practice, and execute lessons aligned to our rigorous classical curriculum.
• Revise lessons for clarity, rigor and relevance with guidance from instructional coaches.
• Collect and analyze academic and behavior data to pinpoint scholar needs.
• Collaborate in teams with coaches to implement instructional improvements based on data.
• Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team leaders to improve practice.
