Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in elementary or early childhood education.
• Experience with and a desire to work with elementary students.

Responsibilities

• Plans weekly lessons and submits them to administration for review.
• Works collaboratively as part of a team.
• Incorporates technology into instructional planning to help students access the curriculum and master content.
• Uses classroom assessments to support student learning.
• Understands students’ sensitivities and differences and manages classroom behavior through relational methods.
• Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and supports the vision and mission of Forcey Christian School according to a Biblical Worldview.

Salary and Benefits

• Full-time position
• Salary range: $46,200 – $60,000 depending on experience
• Salary compensation package based on an approved teacher salary scale commensurate with experience, which includes:
