Qualifications

• SRT4-Certification in Early Childhood Education (P-5) or equivalent; or eligibility & GACE passage
• Bachelor's Degree required with at least a 2.5 GPA
• 3 years of successful teaching experience required
• Face-to-face instruction within the school building with students present

Responsibilities

• Ensure fidelity of STEM program implementation across the campus (site-based reform model) through observations, PLCs, and lessons
• Identify professional development needs from data and coordinate STEM training for staff
• Monitor student progress and collaborate to design interventions based on assessments
• Engage stakeholders to educate them on STEM reform elements and model lessons
• Serve on the instructional leadership team and assist with scheduling and budget planning for STEM programs
• Conduct STEM lessons in classrooms, labs, and makerspaces to promote project-based learning
• Maintain accurate student records and support with on-site activities and conferences
