Northport-East Northport UFSD is seeking a Speech/Language Therapist Leave Replacement for Kindergarten through Fifth Grade.

Provide speech-language consultation, assessment, and therapy to elementary students, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and teachers, and support IEP goals.

This on-site position emphasizes AAC support, evidence-based practices, and documentation in line with district procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of speech-language development and disorders in elementary students.
• Experience with S/L assessments and IEP-based intervention plans.
• Familiarity with Tier 1 universal language support in general education.

Responsabilités

• Provide S/L consultation, assessment, and therapy to elementary students.
• Collaborate with general and special education staff, families, and related service providers.
• Document evaluation reports, therapy notes, and IEP-related records accurately.
