Qualifications

• Connecticut certification as Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
• Experience with elementary-aged students preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP processes, assessments, and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services to students according to IEPs.
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify communication needs.
• Develop goals, objectives, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Participate in Planning and Placement Team meetings and collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and related service providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, social communication, and AAC needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by administration or Director of Pupil Personnel Services.
