Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join an elementary school team in Bastrop, Texas. The SLP will provide direct therapy, complete evaluations, and support students through the IEP process.

With a caseload of about 50 students, the role emphasizes clinical expertise while facilitators coordinate IEP meetings. The position offers hybrid work up to 2 days per week when therapy minutes and evaluations are current.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy
• Complete speech and language evaluations
• Attend IEP meetings coordinated by school facilitators
• Maintain updated student progress information
• Develop and write new goals as appropriate
• Collaborate with educators and other school staff to support student needs
