Job summary

AnthroMed Education (School Services) is seeking an Elementary Speech Language Pathologist in North Saint Paul, MN. The ideal candidate will provide evaluations, develop treatment plans, and facilitate therapy sessions for elementary students.

Job description

Job Title: Elementary Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: North Saint Paul, MN

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do
  • Provide speech and language evaluations for elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals
  • Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful recommendations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging therapy environment
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) SLP license or eligibility
  • Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Comfort supporting diverse, multilingual student populations
  • Clinical Fellows welcome
