EDU-AIDs in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Elementary Special Education Teacher to support elementary students under a contract arrangement managed through our agency. You will deliver intentional instruction, monitor progress, and collaborate with school staff to meet IEP goals.

The role requires PA SPED licensure, a bachelor's in education (master's preferred), and strong communication with families. Competitive compensation with agency payroll and ongoing professional development are provided.

Formación

• Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching License (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Prior experience in elementary special education strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and monitor IEPs in collaboration with school staff.
• Provide individualized and small-group instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Work closely with general education teachers, parents, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
