• Oversee paraeducator staff relative to students on caseload.
• Establish and maintain frequent communication with parents of students on caseload.
• Evaluate students using standards-based and curriculum-based methods.
• Develop and evaluate measurable goals with progress data.
• Attend PPTs and assist with FBA and BIP design.
• Collaborate with teachers, service staff, and administrators.
