Ampersand Therapy in Arvada, CO is hiring a Special Education Teacher to support students in ASD Center classrooms. You will develop IEPs, provide individualized instruction, and collaborate with teachers, families, and specialists to create inclusive learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado Department of Education teaching license with Special Education endorsement.
• School-based collaboration with teachers, families and specialists is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
• Provide specialized instruction across academic subjects.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a structured, supportive environment.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Write progress reports and maintain compliant documentation.
