Job summary

Work hours are 7.5 hours per day with a salary of $16.24 per hour. Candidates must meet Idaho paraprofessional requirements or pass the required assessments before starting. Training and on-site supervision provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college or training preferred.
• Two years of college credits or a college degree preferred.
• Proficiency or passing scores on Idaho ParaPro or equivalent tests.
• Ability to comply with district policies and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist special education teachers with IEPs and materials.
• Prepare lesson plans and adapt materials for learners.
• Administer tests and track student progress.
• Supervise students in classroom, field trips, and activities.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation as directed.
