Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction and academic support to students with disabilities in inclusive, small-group, or individual settings.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and 504 Plans with compliance to timelines and documentation requirements.
• Collect and analyze student performance data to monitor progress and adapt instruction.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and other stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with evidence-based instructional practices for students with learning disabilities and appropriate academic modifications.
• Understand diverse learning disabilities and strategies to assist students with specialized instruction.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support learning support students and modifications.
