Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver individualized, evidence-based instruction aligned with IEPs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs; coordinate meetings and maintain documentation.
• Use data to adjust instruction and communicate student growth.
• Provide accommodations, modifications, assistive technology, and behavior supports.
• Establish a safe, inclusive classroom that promotes dignity and independence.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and staff.
• Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians.
• Follow special education requirements and district policies.
