Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
- IL PEL credential in process or obtained.
- IL LBS1 credential in process or obtained.
- Experience with curriculum development and differentiation.
- Experience with IEPs and special education services.
Responsibilities
- Lead instructional process for elementary students with IEPs.
- Deliver targeted instruction and differentiate as needed.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned to standards.
- Maintain student progress and documentation.
- Collaborate in co-teaching environments and with parents.
- Implement PBIS and manage behavior support plans.
