This position will teach elementary aged special education students, in a resource room setting. Candidate should haveknowledge and experience writingIEP's, knowledge of MN special educationcriteria and the evaluation process including Functional Behavior Assessments; understanding the use of Positive Behavior Supports; knowledge of how to write a Behavior Intervention Plan; Knowledge of due process procedures; ability to work with a team; training or willingness to be trained in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), excellent skills and knowledge in Structured Behavior Management Systems; andexcellent oral and written communication skills.

$50,000/year- $100,100/year, based on education and experience. Salary would be prorated based on the amount of duty days remaining in the school year.
193 duty days,7:15 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. includes 8 paid holidays!
