Job summary

EDU Healthcare seeks an Elementary School Social Worker to join our team in the Newton, NH area. You will provide counseling and support to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.

You’ll collaborate with families, teachers, and administrators, participate in IEP/504 planning, and develop behavior intervention plans while maintaining compliant documentation in a structured school setting with built-in school holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
