Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals tailored to each student.
• Provide direct therapy, both individually and in group settings, focusing on speech and language development.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success.
• Accurately document sessions and progress, maintaining compliance and clear records.
• Participate in IEP meetings and adjust intervention strategies based on student progress.
