Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking three speech-language pathologists for elementary schools near Roseburg, Oregon. This full-time contract runs from August 17, 2026, to June 11, 2027, with a diverse caseload of about 50 students.

The role includes direct therapy, consultative services, and collaboration with teachers, families, and service providers. CF supervision is provided for candidates; Oregon SLP license is required or eligible, and ASHA CCC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Disorders.
• Oregon SLP license or eligibility to obtain by start date.
• ASHA CCC preferred (CFY candidates considered).
• Experience in a school setting or strong interest in working with children.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and evidence-based therapy for elementary students with diverse speech and language needs.
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with special education staff, general teachers, and families to support student success.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings, school-wide initiatives, and professional development.
