Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and valid California SLP License (required)
• Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Understanding of elementary-aged student needs
• Skillful in conducting speech/language evaluations, developing IEPs, and delivering both direct and indirect services
• Strong organizational and communication abilities, especially in multidisciplinary team environments
• Comfortable adapting to district-specific systems and protocols

Responsibilities

• Conduct standard SLP duties, including assessments, testing, and report writing
• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions
• Lead and contribute to IEP meetings and progress reporting
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and adherence to district compliance requirements
