Job summary

Soliant seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in Delaware schools. This full-time on-site role emphasizes collaboration with teachers, families, and service staff to advance language and communication skills.

You will deliver therapy and evaluations, contribute to IEP goals, track progress in school data systems, and participate in district initiatives. Schedule is 8:45 AM–4:15 PM EST, in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Delaware SLP license/certification required.
• Experience in elementary schools strongly preferred.
• Ability to conduct therapy, evaluations, and develop IEP goals.
• Proficient in tracking and documenting student progress using school data systems.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with teachers, staff, families.
• Onsite work 8:45 AM–4:15 PM EST; no accommodations for schedule changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary students.
• Complete evaluations and contribute to IEP meetings.
• Monitor progress toward IEP goals and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with school staff and external providers.
• Communicate progress and strategies with families.
