Job summary

AnthroMed Education (School Services) is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide FMLA coverage at an elementary school in Harvard, IL. The role involves serving Pre-K–4th grade students, managing a ~40-student caseload, and participating in new evaluations and MTSS processes.

Hours are 7:30 AM–3:30 PM, 37.5 hours/week, with compensation $40–$60/hour. The position requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current IDFPR SLP license, with school‑based experience

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current IDFPR SLP License.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Pre-K and elementary-aged students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services to Pre-K–4th grade students.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students.
• Conduct new evaluations in Early Childhood and K–4.
• Develop and implement individualized speech and language goals.
• Monitor student progress and maintain documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other related service providers.
• Participate in MTSS/problem-solving process.
• Communicate with families and school staff regarding student needs and progress.
