Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time FMLA coverage position serving middle school students in grades 6–8. This onsite opportunity runs from late October 2026 through February 2027, with a daily schedule of 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM and a two-school caseload.

The SLP will work with students with language, articulation, AAC, and social-pragmatic needs, developing individualized plans and collaborating with teachers, families, and related service providers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Massachusetts SLP license through the Massachusetts Board of Registration in SLP and Audiology.
• DESE certification for SLP in MA.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to students in grades 6–8.
• Provide services across two middle school locations.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEP development.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
• Provide strategies to support students within the classroom.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Manage a 6th–8th grade caseload across two sites.
