Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of a Setting III program for students with emotional/behavioral disorders.
• Coordinate with administrators, special education teams, and related service providers to implement IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect SEL and therapeutic supports.
• Develop and implement BIPs using trauma-informed, restorative approaches.
• Engage in crisis prevention, intervention, and de-escalation.
• Maintain a predictable, structured classroom environment and collaborate with support staff.
• Integrate evidence-based SEL curricula and mental health strategies.
• Serve as liaison with families and external mental health providers.
