Qualifications

• LICSW (School Social Worker) required.
• Extensive experience with trauma-impacted youth and students with intensive behavioral needs.
• Knowledge of restorative practices, trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and FBAs/BIPs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a specialized Setting III program for students with emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Collaborate with administrators, special education teams, and providers to align with IEP goals.
• Provide individualized and group SEL instruction and therapeutic support.
• Lead in IEP meetings, FBAs, BIPs, and staff PD in trauma-informed care.
