Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a School Social Worker in Plymouth, MN to support an elementary setting with a small, specialized caseload. This 1.0 FTE role offers a starting salary of $60,000–$80,000 and a collaborative, trauma-informed team environment.

You will develop BIPs, participate in FBAs and IEPs, provide crisis intervention, and partner with families, teachers, and related service providers to promote positive social-emotional outcomes for students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Social Work.
• Eligible for or holding Minnesota PELSB School Social Worker license (Tier 3 or Tier 4).
• Current licensure through the Minnesota Board of Social Work.
• Experience with trauma-informed care, restorative practices, and crisis intervention.
• Strong communication and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Participate in FBAs and IEP meetings.
• Provide crisis prevention and de-escalation support.
• Collaborate with families and school staff to create a supportive learning environment.
