Qualifications

• Desire and ability to receive and implement feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with students and families.
• Implement Common Core-aligned curriculum and plan backwards.
• Participate in grade/team meetings and professional development.
• Monitor and analyze student progress and data to inform instruction.
• Communicate scholars’ progress to families and teams.
• Foster a warm, inclusive classroom culture and apply behavior plans.
