Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Certifications in Special Education or Reading a plus.
• Experience teaching with a project-based, literacy-rich approach and differentiating instruction for positive outcomes.
• Exceptional skills in building student relationships and classroom management.
• Demonstrated success collaborating in high-performing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Coaching or extracurricular experience desired.
• All-in attitude and engagement beyond classroom hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality and engaging lessons and assessments.
• Differentiate instruction and use data to drive student achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine curriculum and meet diverse student needs.
• Schedule and complete additional duties as part of teaching responsibilities.
