Job summary

Birch Agency is seeking an Elementary School Teacher for a combined Kindergarten and 1st Grade classroom in Cleveland, Ohio, for the 2026–2027 school year. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with a small class size of about 12 students and a 30-minute lunch/planning period.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Ohio teaching license (or is able to renew) and has experience across K–5. Ohio standards alignment and effective communication with families are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio teaching license or applicable substitute license, or the ability to renew an existing license.
• Experience teaching elementary grades is preferred.

Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Elementary School Teacher for a combined Kindergarten and 1st Grade classroom in Cleveland, Ohio, for the 2026–2027 school year.

This is an excellent opportunity for an educator who enjoys working with young learners and creating a supportive, engaging classroom environment. The classroom currently has a relatively small class size of approximately 12 students, allowing for individualized instruction and meaningful student engagement.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Kindergarten and 1st Grade students.
