• Knowledge of Pennsylvania academic content standards
• Knowledge of curriculum design and delivery principles and methods for individuals and groups
• Skill in selecting and using appropriate instructional methods and materials
• Ability to monitor and assess student performance for improvement and remediation
• Ability to establish effective relationships with teachers, parents, administrators, and staff
• Pennsylvania Certification: K-6, 7th-8th grade content areas, and Special Education (Instructional I or II); bachelor’s or master’s degree in education preferred
