Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a licensed School Psychologist to support two elementary campuses in Naperville, IL for the 2026–2027 school year. You will assess, report, and determine eligibility for special education, lead IEP meetings, and collaborate with school teams to support student growth.

You will design behavioral support plans and deliver targeted interventions to foster mental health and academic success for students in a district setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Psychology is required.
• Active IL PEL with School Psychologist endorsement required.
• Experience in school or pediatric setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and prepare reports for eligibility determinations.
• Provide services across two elementary campuses and lead IEP meetings.
• Consult with educators and guide Child Study/problem-solving teams.
• Design and implement behavioral support plans to promote student well-being and success.

Education

Master's degree or higher in School Psychology

Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement

Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting
