Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated school psychologist to support two elementary caseloads in a vibrant educational community. This full-time contract role emphasizes student development, collaboration with families and educators, and applying evidence-based assessment and intervention strategies.

You will interpret results, participate in IEP meetings, and advocate for students while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid and current school psychologist license.
• Experience working in elementary school settings is preferred.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and educational staff.
• Comprehensive understanding of assessment tools and special education processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and caseloads effectively.
• Dedication to fostering safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results for students.
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop effective intervention strategies.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams.
• Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development.
• Advocate for student needs and facilitate crisis intervention as required.
• Maintain documentation and records in accordance with regulations.
