Job summary

Burlington Township School District is seeking a highly qualified educational leader for the anticipated opening of the B. Bernice Young School Principal position.

The successful candidate must hold valid New Jersey Principal Certification and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with students, staff, parents, and the community. The role includes overseeing preschool programs, advancing instructional excellence, and guiding daily operations within a supportive learning

Qualifications

• Effective leadership and instructional leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Section 504, RTI and HIB laws.
• Experience in primary education and early childhood development is preferred.
• Ability to foster a positive, nurturing and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Aide in developing educational services to promote student well-being.
• Oversee preschool program.
• Support instructional excellence and lead daily operations in a collaborative learning community.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administration and parents to support a safe, inclusive culture.
