Responsibilities

Provide direct OT services to elementary students with diverse needs.
Conduct assessments to identify strengths and areas of support.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure holistic student progress.
Develop and monitor individualized therapy plans and goals aligned with IEPs.
Participate in IEP meetings and offer clear, insightful recommendations.
Educate school staff on strategies for supporting student participation in classroom activities.
Maintain thorough records to comply with school and state guidelines.
