Qualifications

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
• School-based OT experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation.
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individual and group therapy sessions for a diverse caseload.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services based on students IEPs.
• Develop and implement intervention plans to help students achieve their academic and functional goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and write progress reports for each student.
• Offer expertise during team meetings to support student-centered planning.
• Support district needs and flexibility in scheduling as assigned.
